Scott Guilmartin - Water Pollution Control Authority
Scott has been a Suffield resident for 25 years and has lived locally his whole life. Scott is a partner in a privately-owned renewable energy development company. In his earlier business career, Scott owned and developed real estate and parking operations. Scott has served at the State level for the past 30 years as a Board Member of the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority and currently the Connecticut Airport Authority, as well as local boards and commissions. Scott is seeking election to the Water Pollution Control Authority because changes to the management structure are necessary. Scott plans to review whether the operation should remain a town or private contractor function, as professional standards of operation must be improved moving forward.
